Randi began her counseling career working with women in abusive relationships on a domestic violence crisis hotline. Randi‘s areas of specialty include: helping individuals and couples heal through trauma, cope with difficult life transitions, as well as depression, anxiety and grief. As a trained yoga instructor and experienced meditation practitioner, Randi uses her mindfulness skills to teach clients how to become aware of the messages that the body and mind offer, understand the meaning of those messages, and transform limiting beliefs into positive ways of being. Randi’s intention when working with folks is to create an atmosphere of safety that inspires others to heal through traumatic experiences and discover inner freedom and wholeness.
Randi is trained in Hakomi, a mindfulness based Body-Centered Psychotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) a trauma resolution process, and the dynamics of intimate partner violence.
Randi enjoys hiking, social dancing, and being connected to a variety of communities that support inner growth and healing.
