Heathcare Reform Addresses Postpartum Depression

Yesterday's passage of the Healthcare Reform Bill included for the provision of support to individual states to fund education, screening, support services and research to identify, prevent and treat postpartum mood disorders.  This mandate has the potential to prevent further suffering and loss of lives caused by postpartum mood disorders.

The Many Mothers Circle is a gathering of mom, babies and other caregivers, for peer support.  This month's topic is Postpartum Mental Health with Stefanie Luna and Kristin Wallin of Wallin & Luna Counseling Associates.
